What I love about being a wedding photographer is that I get to meet all kinds of people. Especially people who aren’t necessarily “wedding people”. So when my pal Charlie of Deep Sea Sugar and Salt introduced me to Meghan and David, I knew these were my kind of people. In love with each other and not worried about the details. The day before their wedding reception, they climbed a mountain with couple of friends and sealed the deal in a private ceremony. Then we all met up at West Seattle’s historic Youngstown Cultural Arts Center to party.
A wedding is whatever you two want it to be! I can’t say that enough. Be with the people you want to be with. Drink what you want to drink. Eat what you want to eat. And dance to whatever music you heart desires.
